As the term draws to a close, we have lots of events and achievements to celebrate!
You all supported our charity events which helped us raise money for Children in Need and to support the local hospital cancer department. Many of us are affected by different events in our lives and are helped by charities such as these.
Our Christmas Craft Day was amazing fun! The children made magical decorations for the hall, and of course the Christmas tree was delivered by Father Christmas. The children have made decorations for the Christmas tree at home, many of which have now been put on the tree.
All the children who have had performances have made us all proud with their singing and acting on the stage. It was wonderful to enjoy and watch them all.
As always, the children had a fun afternoon with their class parties. Fun activities and they all had a dance in the hall.
Our fantastic PTA again ran a brilliant Christmas Fair, which helped to raise funds for the school. I cannot thank them enough for all their dedication and support this year. The monies raised will go towards outside equipment. It was well attended, so I thank you for your support.
Finally, from all the staff and I, we want to wish you a Merry Christmas and a safe New Year.
Kind regards
Mrs Allnutt
