Don't forget to take a look at our upcoming events, along with plenty of resources for how to keep your child safe online.
Parents evening will take place on Monday & Tuesday in the School hall. Please ensure you are on time for your appointment.
National Online Safety
We have had a few children in school talking about games they are playing and programmes they are watching which are not suitable for their age group.
We know that age ratings are a guide. The decision about what your child does watch is your parental choice. However, in school, we cannot control what your child will say to other children, or what they will choose to play and act out. This then upsets other children who are hearing about things which are not at all suitable for them to be watching, hearing or seeing.
We will always ask children to stop playing or talking about games or programmes which are not suitable for their age.
We will always tell the children that they should not be watching or playing them as they are meant for older children or adults.
We ask that you consider the potential risks to your child and to those they are spending time with in school when you let your child access programmes, games and online content.
If any other concerns are raised in class, we will talk to you individually.
Our NOS guides are a great way to begin a conversation with your child about why you might be saying no to them, and to help explain why you are stopping them form seeing or playing something.
